First you need to become an approved reseller and after that you will receive your own online account to log-in and you can place your orders online. For Dealers outside Europe at this moment orders will go through email and please contact us.
We ship it as mentioned on the product page, but when its busy it can take 1-2 workdays longer, but we do our best to ship it as promised. With standard banktransfer orders, where you transfer the amount manually to our bankaccount, we have to wait untill the money is received on our bankaccount, so offcourse it will take longer.
You must always ask first approval from us to send an product back within 14 days after its delivered at your adress (B2B orders don't have the 14 day return policy, all sales are final). More info see our returns/warranty page
No you don't when you are located in the EU and buy from us or a dealer in the EU. In case you are located outside EU and want to buy our products check your local taxes for importing product, or perhaps contact your local dealer if they might will be interested in reselling Ludic.
No, we ship insured and to a person who has to sign for it, so we ship to houseadress, company adress or a DHL parcelshop where you can pick it up.
Just click on the product pages and you see stock status mentioned under the price. What is the expected stock date? well there is simply no stock at the moment but we expect new stock at the date mentioned. It's not  a hard date you can derive rights from. If its possible to place an order you confirm the fact that there is no stock at the moment and it's possible the expected date for stock will be later than expected. For new launched products, there are a lot of customers that want to place a pre-order, so this date is certainly a rough estimate, which can take a few weeks longer. In case you have placed an order and decide it takes too long, just ask for a refund any time and we refund your order without any cost offcourse. Or be certain and just wait until there is stock mentioned on the website, that is very easy. Also the expected shipping dates for stocked products are not guaranteed, we do our best to ship, but there can always be a delay for 1-2 days when it's very busy.

If you bought product at our store than please visit our warranty page and follow the steps. In case you bought a Ludic product from a Dealer you need to contact your  dealer and ask them for warranty and explain the problem. The dealer is the one you have a sales agreement with, so they need to provide warranty. Offcourse in case we assist the dealer if necessary.
Products are shipped for the best prices we can provide, probably the lowest shipping you get in Europe for LUDIC..... Shipping Cost are calculated automatically in checkout. For Island shipping please contact us, since shipping is calculated directly through email. There is a flat rate shipping extra cost of 25 euro for Islands.
